Holiday pay

Regular-holiday, special-day, and rest-day premium pay from the daily rate.

Basic daily wage (NCR minimum is ₱695).
Enter 0 for an unworked day — a regular holiday still pays 100%.

First-8-hours pay₱1,390.00
Overtime multiplier260%
Overtime pay₱0.00
DOLE Handbook multipliers: regular holiday 200% (260% on a rest day), special day 130% (150%), rest day 130%; OT adds +25% on ordinary days, +30% on the rest. Night hours add a separate 10% differential.

Night differential

The +10% premium for hours worked between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

The window holds at most 8 hours.
The 10% applies on top of the day's premium hourly rate.

This is the premium ONLY — it is added on top of the base pay for those hours (Labor Code Art. 86). Most guard night posts earn it every shift.

DTR hours

Hours worked, overtime, and tardiness from a daily time record — overnight-shift safe.

An earlier time-out means the shift crossed midnight.

Ordinary-day rates only — layer holiday, rest-day, and night-differential premiums with the other calculators. Tardiness is deducted at the plain hourly rate.

Service invoice (ISI)

Invoice & statutory illustrator — build a monthly client service invoice with admin fee, VAT, and EWT.

Manpower cost₱660,000.00
Administrative fee₱132,000.00
Contract price (VAT-able)₱792,000.00
Add: VAT (12%)₱95,040.00
Less: EWT (2%)− ₱15,840.00
Net collectible₱871,200.00
Illustrative EOPT service-invoice mechanics: 12% VAT added, 2% expanded withholding tax withheld by the client on the service fee. Actual VAT/EWT treatment depends on registration and contract terms — confirm with your accountant.

Stop rebuilding these every cutoff.

NexusWorkforce computes all of this from one DTR spine — payroll out and EIS-ready client invoices in, reconciled automatically. See it on your own roster.
