These terms follow common Philippine SaaS practice and are provided in good faith. They are not legal advice — have them reviewed by counsel and adapted to your final product, contracts, and jurisdiction before you rely on them.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NexusWorkforce website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Use of the NexusWorkforce platform and paid services is governed by a separate written agreement between your organization and NexusWorkforce, which controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Site. You agree to use it lawfully and not to: disrupt or interfere with the Site; attempt unauthorized access to it or its systems; introduce malware; scrape or harvest data other than as permitted; or misuse any content, tools, or features provided here.

Free tools and content

The calculators, guides, and other resources on this Site are provided for general information and planning only. They are estimators, not payroll, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and figures may change. Always verify against current BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE, and SOSIA issuances, and confirm with a qualified professional before acting.

Compliance language

NexusWorkforce describes its compliance features as “BIR e-invoicing-ready,” not “BIR-accredited.” No software vendor is accredited by the BIR; taxpayers register their own systems. Compliance features are workflow tools and do not constitute legal or tax advice.

Intellectual property

The Site, its content, and the NexusWorkforce name, logo, and marks are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our prior written permission, except as the Site's ordinary functionality allows.

Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices, and providing a link does not imply endorsement.

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexusWorkforce and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or reliance on its content.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold NexusWorkforce harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the proper courts of the Philippines.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, as indicated by the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
