NexusWorkforce (“NexusWorkforce,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit this website, request a demo, or otherwise interact with us, and the rights you have under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

Who we are

For the personal data described here, NexusWorkforce acts as the Personal Information Controller. Personal data you or your agency submit into the NexusWorkforce platform in the course of using our services (for example, guard and employee records) is processed under a separate customer agreement, where NexusWorkforce generally acts as a Personal Information Processor on the customer's behalf.

Information we collect

Details you submit — your name, agency or company, email address, phone number, approximate headcount, and any message when you request a demo, contact us, or apply for a role.
Usage and device data — standard analytics such as pages viewed, referring links, approximate location, browser and device type, and similar information collected automatically to operate and improve the site.
Cookies and similar technologies — used for essential site function and privacy-respecting analytics. See Cookies below.

How and why we use your data

We process personal data on one or more of the lawful bases recognized under RA 10173 — your consent, the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request, compliance with a legal obligation, or our legitimate interests — for the following purposes:

Object to or withdraw consent to certain processing.
Have inaccurate or outdated personal data corrected.

Children

This site and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
