Support & Implementation Consultant

You are the human on the other side of the account. When an agency signs on, you get their roster and guard master data into NexusWorkforce, configure payroll and client billing, and stand beside them through their first live cutoff. After go-live you are their first line of support — and the voice that turns recurring questions into better product and better guides.

What you'll do

• Lead onboarding and implementation for new agencies: migrate roster and guard master data, configure payroll and billing, and validate the first live payroll cutoff.
• Run training sessions (live and recorded) for back-office teams and guards on the ESS app.
• Be the first line of support across chat and email — triage, resolve, and escalate issues with clear, patient communication.
• Write and maintain help articles, onboarding guides, and the self-paced implementation content.
• Track onboarding milestones and time-to-first-payroll, and flag at-risk accounts early.
• Turn recurring support themes into prioritized product feedback.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years in customer support, onboarding, implementation, or a payroll / HR / accounting operations role.
• Working knowledge of PH payroll and statutory basics (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR) — or the drive to master them fast.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Filipino; a calm, clear communicator.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, data cleanup, and picking up new SaaS tools quickly.
• Reliable internet and a quiet remote working setup.

Nice to have

• Experience inside a security or manpower agency, a BPO, or a payroll provider.
• Familiarity with DTR / timekeeping, payroll, or client-billing systems.
